Recipients and Data Transfers
Data will not be disclosed to third parties except where expressly required by law (the State Security Forces and Corps, in accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021) or to essential technical service providers acting as Data Processors (web hosting, tax advisory services).
Retention Periods
Data will be retained for the time strictly necessary for the purpose of processing and, in any case, for the periods required by law (3 years for the traveller register under Royal Decree 933/2021, and up to 5 years for commercial/contractual liabilities).
Data Subjects' Rights
Access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten), restriction of processing, data portability and objection. These rights may be exercised by sending a written request to hello@zgzhomes.com, attaching proof of identity.
Source of Guests' Data: Users who are guests (employees) are expressly informed that their personal identification and stay data are lawfully obtained through a third party, namely the legal entity (a client company of ZGZ HOMES, S.L.) with which their employer has entered into the temporary sublease agreement, in strict compliance with Article 14 of the GDPR. Furthermore, if you consider that your rights have not been properly addressed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
